Our services are designed to help individuals and organizations successfully navigate Canadian cultural norms and international business protocols.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

4.2 Scheduling and Attendance
For scheduled sessions and consultations:
- Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance
- Cancellations require minimum 24-hour notice
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur charges
- No-shows will be charged the full session fee
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
4.3 Virtual Services
For online consultations and training:
- You are responsible for reliable internet connection
- Technical difficulties may require session rescheduling
- Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance (with consent)
- You must ensure privacy and minimize distractions
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Service Fees
- All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Prices are subject to change with advance notice
- Custom programs are quoted individually
- Group rates may be available for organizations
5.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon service agreement execution
- We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate invoicing
- Outstanding balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
5.3 Refund Policy
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
- Training programs: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours
- No refunds for partially completed programs
- Refunds processed within 10 business days
- Exceptional circumstances considered case-by-case
6. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Actively participate in all scheduled sessions
- Complete assigned exercises and practice activities
- Provide honest feedback about your progress and challenges

- Treat all staff and other participants with respect

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Silent Treasury, including but not limited to:
- Training materials and curricula
- Written guides and handouts
- Presentation slides and videos
- Website content and blog articles
- Methodologies and assessment tools
This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use materials for personal learning purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize them without written permission.
7.2 Client Materials
Any materials, ideas, or feedback you provide during training sessions remain your property. However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use anonymized insights for service improvement and educational purposes.
8. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Personal information shared during consultations
- Cultural background and adaptation challenges
- Professional goals and career information
- Progress assessments and feedback
Information may only be shared with your explicit consent or as required by law. We may use anonymized case studies for educational purposes and service improvement.
9. Limitation of Services
Our cultural adaptation and etiquette services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not provide:
- Immigration or legal advice
- Employment placement services
- Psychological or mental health counseling
- Guarantees of specific outcomes or results
- Academic credentials or certifications
Success in cultural adaptation depends on individual effort, circumstances, and consistent application of learned concepts.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
- Achievement of specific personal or professional goals
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Treasury shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may terminate services immediately if you:

- Fail to make required payments
- Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Provide false or misleading information
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to materials and ongoing support ends
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable

- Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination
